How do I set up the Outlook Express POP3 client? From the main menu, go to Tools > Accounts. - Go to Tools > Accounts from the menu. - Select the Mail tab. - Press the Add button and select Mail.... - Enter John in the Display name box. - Click on Next. - Click on the I already have an e-mail address that I'd like to use radio button. - Enter john@test1.com into the E-mail address box. - Click on Next. - Select POP3 from the My incoming mail server is a drop down list. - Enter mail.test1.com into both the Incoming mail and Outgoing mail server boxes. - Click on Next. - Enter test1/john into the Account name box. - Enter your password into the Password box. - Make sure the Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA) box is not checked. - Click on Next. - Click on Finish to finish setting up Outlook Express.
